After the on-time construction and successful installation of the so-called "AL-Poland I", a 40 km long, high-performance fibre optic line between the WINGAS backbone fibre optic network near Dauerthal and the fibre optic networks of Hawe Telekom and Netia at the German/Polish border crossing near Pomellen, WINGAS is now building a further connection to the Polish fibre optic network.

The planning for the approx. 7.5 km long route has already been completed and construction will start in the next few weeks. The route runs from the WINGAS backbone fibre optic network near Parsteinsee to the German/Polish border near Lunow-Stolzenhagen. There, it will be connected to the TB Telecom (PERN) fibre optic line.

The completion of this fibre optic line is planned for summer 2022. This means that if our customers are interested, it will be available for use from 01.07.2022 at the latest.
