We work at the cutting edge of technology, with staff monitoring it 24/7 from Kassel as well as from the air by conducting regular helicopter flights along the pipeline.
Apart from leasing capacity of our fiber-optic cables (dark fiber), we also offer broadband connections to develop rural regions close to the pipelines.

While the pipeline is being built, a fibreglass cable is being laid alongside the pipeline for the purpose of providing telecommunication services (data transfer).
Connecting pipelines and cables ensure the communication between telecommunications clients and the computer centre (Point of Presence/POP).
We have been leasing the free transmission capacity of our fiber-optic cables – technically known as dark or unlit fiber – to our customers since 1996, including mobile telephony providers, cable network operators, computer centre operators, and other commercial customers.
