This year’s E-world will be held again in Essen from 11 February through 13 February 2020. We would like to inform you that the “Fibre Optics Forum” will take place on 12 February 2020, from 10 am until 1.30 pm, in the Berlin Hall.

The “Role of Power Supply Companies and Municipal Utilities in Fibre Optics Expansion” will be the focus of this year’s Fibre Optics Forum. Top speakers from politics, trade associations and municipal utility companies with broadband experience will provide information about the procedures and opportunities when entering a new business area: telecommunications based on fibre optic networks. The WINGAS Fibre Optics team will be an active participant at this Forum so that we can discuss with you the opportunities and challenges in fibre optics expansion.
Following the very successful première in 2019, this innovative information and networking format will again take place in 2020 as part of E-world. The Forum’s organisers include MICUS Strategieberatung, the German Broadband Association (BREKO) and con|energy as the partner from the energy industry.
